Position : Product Development Manager
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : min 6 years of experience in New product development
Salary : 7Lacs to 9 Lacs
Location : Thrissur

Key Responsibilities
• Lead new jewellery product development and NPD from concept to launch based on market trends and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with design production purchase vendors and sales teams to ensure timely product development.
• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for jewellery collections displays launches and promotions.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships including sourcing evaluation negotiation pricing quality and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners understanding their requirements and market feedback.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify product opportunities analyse sales performance and support new collection launches.
• Conduct market competitor and trend analysis to identify new product categories and collection opportunities.
• Monitor product quality pricing margins market acceptance and overall product performance.
• Gather feedback from dealers retailers sales teams and customers and translate insights into product improvements and new collections.
