Procurement Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Procurement Supervisor

2- Supervise procurement specialists and officers.
3- Review and approve RFQs RFPs quotations and supplier evaluations.
4- Negotiate pricing contracts and commercial terms with suppliers.
5- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and delegation of authority.
6- Monitor supplier performance and establish strategic supplier relationships.
7- Manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
8- Support audits and ensure proper procurement documentation.
9- Prepare procurement reports and KPIs for management.
Requirements

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field with proven experience in procurement roles
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to interpret complex data and build relationships with suppliers
• Proficiency in procurement software and in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and international trade regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices preferred
