Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement process transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for procurement processes and leverage procurement best practices.
• Analyze current processes identify improvement opportunities and implement standardized scalable solutions.
• Lead small medium and large transformation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Partner with business stakeholders IT Finance and Supply Chain teams to define business requirements and deliver process improvements.
• Drive process standardization automation and digital transformation using SAP and other procurement technologies.
• Develop business cases implementation roadmaps and KPI frameworks to measure transformation success.
• Lead change management activities including stakeholder engagement communication training and adoption.
• Develop and deliver user training process documentation SOPs and knowledge transfer materials.
• Support governance process compliance audit requirements and continuous improvement initiative.

Education & Experience Recommended

• 812 years of procurement supply chain or business process transformation experience.
• Bachelors degree in supply chain Business Engineering or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

• SAP MM Certification (preferred or required based on organizational needs)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong expertise in Procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Proven experience leading procurement transformation and business process improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM procurement operations purchasing inventory management and supplier collaboration.
• Experience in process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience leading change management user training and organizational adoption initiatives
• Project management experience is an added advantage
• Compliance and Controls Strong understanding of procurement policies internal controls audit requirements and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to governance standards
