Handson experience with LOS platforms (Encompass Empower MSP Fusion).
Proven experience managing teams of 25 members including Leads and SMEs.
Strong analytical decisionmaking and problemsolving capability.
Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder and client interaction.
