Job Summary

What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise Linux environments across large-scale customer deployments.
- Expertise in Linux AWS Cloud LDAP SSSD PAM Slurm LSF HPC Root Cause Analysis Customer Support Infrastructure Management Performance Tuning Identity Management Monitoring & Observability.
- Ability to Collaborate with engineering product and customer teams to identify troubleshoot and resolve critical production incidents.
- Experience producing work breakdown structures and migration plans that minimize service disruption.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for resolving highly complex network/compute issues.
- Hands-on experience building lab simulations to test architecture designs and troubleshoot compatibility issues.
- Experience in driving cloud infrastructure initiatives including deployment migration and operational best practices.
- Experience with incident management problem management and continuous service improvement activities.
- Exceptional verbal written presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Abitlity to document technical solutions troubleshooting procedures and best practices for internal and customer use.
- Demonstrated leadership creativity and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of progressive network engineering and architecture experience in enterprise environments.
Qualifications
BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Electrical/Electronics
Behavioural skills required
Must possess strong written verbal and presentation skills
Ability to establish a close working relationship with both customer peers and management
