Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for all academic and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement policies curricula and programmes that align with industry needs and accreditation standards.
- Lead faculty recruitment development and performance evaluation to ensure highquality teaching and research.
- Oversee budgeting financial planning and resource allocation to achieve institutional goals.
- Foster collaborations with industry partners research bodies and other educational institutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies accreditation requirements and internal governance frameworks.
- Drive student engagement initiatives career services and alumni relations.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement innovation and ethical conduct across the campus.
- Represent the institute at conferences seminars and public forums.
- Mentor senior staff and develop succession planning for key leadership roles.
Essential Qualifications
- Doctorate (Ph.D.) or Masters degree (././MBA) in Management Education Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated track record of academic leadership (minimum 810 years in senior academic/administrative roles).
- Strong understanding of highereducation regulatory frameworks in India.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting financial management and resource planning.
- Visionary mindset with the ability to drive curriculum innovation and research excellence.

- Experience managing large multidisciplinary academic units or colleges.
- Successful implementation of industryaligned programmes and collaborative projects.
