About the Role

We are seeking a C/C Software Engineer to join our Customer Delivery Group in India working on onboard software development for our OTA client. The role focuses on developing integrating and maintaining Cbased components that support reliable and secure OvertheAir functionality in production vehicles.

This position is handson and technically focused contributing across the development lifecycle including feature implementation defect fixing integration support and release readiness. The engineer works closely with system integration validation and customer teams to ensure highquality delivery.

The role also supports Tier4 technical analysis addressing complex OTArelated issues performing rootcause investigations and contributing to continuous improvement of code quality stability and performance.

Your Team

Leads engineering team while have full responsibility for E2E delivery of our products.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain Cbased onboard software across the full development lifecycle
• Contribute to release readiness including implementation validation and defect resolution for OTA client deliveries
• Support Tier4 (T4) technical activities including analysis and resolution of complex OTArelated issues
• Be available for critical escalations during working hours and support urgent issue investigations
• Write productionquality code to deliver customer features and improve core OTA functionality
• Investigate complex technical issues perform rootcause analysis and drive improvements in software quality and stability
• Collaborate closely with QA Support and customer success teams to ensure smooth endtoend delivery
• Clarify customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions and implementation tasks
• Actively contribute to code reviews documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
• Leverage automation and AIbased tools where applicable to improve development testing and response times

What You Need to be successful

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/BTech).

• 10 years of handson experience in C/C software development
• Strong experience developing productionquality onboard software for automotive or similar constrained environments
• Hands-on experience in Java and microservices architectures used for tooling backend services or interfaces related to OTA workflows
• Solid understanding of C programming memory management multithreading and performance considerations
• Experience working with Linuxbased systems
• Handson experience with version control systems such as Git (GitHub / Bitbucket)
• Experience investigating complex issues performing rootcause analysis and fixing production defects
• Ability to quickly learn new systems contribute to POCs and work effectively under pressure and deadlines
• Selfmotivated independent and proactive in problem solving
• Interest in leveraging automation and AIassisted tools to improve development and testing efficiency
• Good communication skills and businesslevel English for collaboration with global and customerfacing teams
• Experience with testing debugging and validation in an onboard or systemlevel context is an advantage
• Prior exposure to OTA technologies diagnostics or vehicle software platforms is a plus

Bonus Points if You Have

• Experience in AI/ML driven development

• Hands on experience in Android / QNX GO and Rust
• Experience in SW development for the automotive industry with proven experience in ASPICE
