Do You Have the Drive and Ambition to Help Shape a Brighter Future As a Pricing Specialist you will play a key role in driving our pricing transformation across our organization by partnering with business and functional leaders ensuring the pricing set-up is purposeful scalable and aligned with the needs of a growing and evolving organization across our geographies.

• Provide guidance on pricing matters across the organization.
• Monitor pricing in line with developments in global markets and customer needs closely collaborating with Product Managers Price Strategy Managers Sales and other stakeholders.
• Support and ensure pricing data integrity and governance across systems.
• Establish proper approval/review process for projects.
• Run regular price review process in coordination with our Global Price Strategy and other functional managers.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working across cultures functions and is able to balance multiple perspectives. You may not meet every requirement below but we still encourage you to apply if you see yourself in this role.

• Graduate in Business OR Econometrics / Data Science or statistics discipline Advanced analytical capabilities (Excel BI tools or pricing platforms).
• Experience with pricing software quantitative analysis commercial strategy financial modelling product analysis etc. with an innate ability to translate data to insights.
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to present complex issues in a way that is understandable to a wide range of stakeholders and possess the necessary assertiveness to implement pricing initiatives operationally even against resistance.
• Previous experience in working with commercial organizations preferable.
