Job Summary

Strategic Leadership: Build scale and lead the Precast Division as an independent business unit with full end-to-end P&L ownership and a direct reporting line to the Managing Director.

Business Growth: Drive market penetration build a robust project pipeline and achieve annual order book and revenue targets across government and private sector projects.

Profitability & Cash Flow: Manage project-level profitability (EBITDA margins) drive pricing strategies and optimize working capital through efficient billing and collections.

Project Execution: Oversee the on-time within-budget delivery of large-scale infrastructure commercial and industrial projects including on-site plant setup and commissioning.

Capex & Procurement: Lead capital expenditure investments (plants molds equipment) and spearhead high-value vendor negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and quality.

Revenue Diversification: Accelerate short-term cash flow by driving fast-moving smaller precast projects like U-drains stairs and pods to minimize business risk.

Team & Operations: Build and mentor a high-performance cross-functional team while driving operational excellence cycle-time reduction and the adoption of cutting-edge precast technologies.

Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients consultants and strategic partners to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Experience Required: 18 years of experience in the Precast Construction Infrastructure or PEB industries with a proven track record of business leadership and managing large-scale projects.

Education: A degree in Engineering (preferably Civil/Mechanical) from a top-tier institute; an MBA is highly preferred.
