Job Summary
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- A Certificate or Diploma in Piping Design / Drafting with a preference for a Piping Engineering Degree.
- Minimum 13-18 years of experience in the design and drafting of offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities and associated sub-structures.
- Experience with PDMS/E3D/S3D design software packages.

The Role
As a Piping Engineer Level II with Worley you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc
- Accountable for producing and maintaining piping deliverables including but not limited to:
- Drawings designing experience with PDMS E3D SP3D models will be preferred in accordance with oil & gas industry.
- Produce the various discipline deliverables to the agreed schedule.
- Standards codes and client specifications within the schedule and budget as set-out by the Lead Piping Designer. The position must support in the overall delivery.
- Apply good interpersonal skills liaising with members of other disciplines and departments.
- Create and respond to technical queries.
- Carry out 3D modelling & design activities of piping systems & supports.
- Draught & check detailed design drawings of piping systems & supports in accordance with industry standards codes and client specifications.
- Prepare & check materials take-offs and bill of materials.
- Provide technical input during detailed engineering of projects.
- Provide support and input into the preparation of PED technical files.
Other Attributes
- Provide support and input into the preparation of construction work packs and certification documentation.
- Responsible for technical decision-making associated with any given scope of work.
- Establish good working relationships and communication with discipline leads department managers and clients.
- Undertake any other general duties that may be requested the list of duties is not exhaustive in any way and may change at any time.
