RADA MEDISOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED JOB DESCRIPTION PICKER Location: 111/30 Ganesh Nagar Street No. 1 Alapakkam Porur Chennai Tamil Nadu 600116 Position Details Immediate Requirement: 10 Day Shift 10 Night Shift vacancies Day Shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM Key Responsibilities Pick products/items accurately from assigned locations as per order requirements. Verify product names quantities and order details while picking. Keep picked items safely arranged for further processing/dispatch. Follow warehouse/store procedures safety instructions and supervisor directions. Maintain accuracy discipline and productivity throughout the shift. Continuous standing and movement are involved in this role. Salary & Benefits Day Shift: Approx. 13000 take-home PF/ESI 500 attendance bonus. Night Shift: 13777 net in-hand PF/ESI 1500 attendance bonus 50/day night shift allowance. OT: OT provided for working on 2 Sundays (Day Shift only). Facilities: No food or accommodation. Snacks and Tea/Coffee provided during regular shifts. Candidate Criteria Minimum qualification: 8th Pass. Must be able to read English properly. Preferred age: 18 up to around 35 years. Local candidates within approximately 10 km preferred. Preferred areas: Alapakkam Arcot Road Porur and Maduravoyal. Students and part-time earners preferred. Own two-wheeler ideally required/preferred for Night Shift. Professional discipline is mandatory. Candidates should be comfortable with the physical requirements of the role.
