ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional with strong experience in Pharmaceutical General Trade distribution and team leadership to drive business growth across Gujarat & Maharashtra.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Primary & Secondary Sales across assigned markets
Manage distributor & stockist performance productivity and ROI
Strengthen retailer chemist wholesaler & stockist networks
Monitor targets stock availability POB conversions & field productivity
Identify market expansion and growth opportunities
Conduct regular market visits and ensure execution
Lead mentor recruit & develop sales teams
