Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to students of classes XI and XII as per the CBSE/State curriculum.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans laboratory experiments and project work that foster analytical thinking.
- Assess student performance through regular tests assignments and examinations providing constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide students for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET as required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive supportive learning environment.
- Participate in faculty meetings professional development programs and school events.
- Coordinate with the school administration for curriculum updates and resource requirements.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities including science fairs workshops and seminars.
Essential Qualifications
- Masters degree (.) in Physics / Bachelor of Education ()or related field from a recognized university.
- Eligibility for the Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) examination as per state regulations.
- Proficient command of English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
- Strong grasp of core Physics concepts and modern pedagogical methods.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (Classes XIXII).
- Experience conducting laboratory sessions and managing practical assessments.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and competitive exam preparation.
- Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and elearning platforms effectively.
