Job Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging Physics lessons for classes 912 as per the prescribed curriculum.
Prepare and update lesson plans teaching aids and practical experiment setups.
Assess student performance through assignments quizzes and examinations and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct laboratory sessions ensuring safety protocols and effective demonstration of concepts.
Mentor and guide students for competitive exams such as JEE NEET and other entrance tests.
Participate in faculty meetings school events and professional development workshops.
Maintain records of attendance grades and other academic documentation accurately.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary projects and promote a holistic learning environment.

Essential Qualifications

Masters degree or higher in Physics (. / .) from a recognized university.
Eligibility for Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) certification as per state regulations.
Strong command over the NCERT syllabus and familiarity with CBSE/ICSE guidelines.
Excellent communication skills in English and the regional language of the school.
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and foster critical thinking.

Desired Experience

Minimum 23 years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level.
Proven track record of improving student outcomes in Physics.
Experience conducting practical labs and managing laboratory resources.
Exposure to coaching or mentoring students for national-level competitive exams is a plus.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and elearning platforms.
