Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging accountancy lessons for senior secondary students (Class XI & XII).
- Explain accounting principles concepts and applications using realworld examples.
- Assess student performance through assignments tests projects and examinations providing constructive feedback.
- Guide students in using accounting software spreadsheet tools and financial modeling techniques.
- Facilitate classroom discussions on budgeting auditing tax preparation and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of lesson plans attendance records and academic reports.
- Supervise practical sessions case studies and group projects that promote analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members for crossfunctional curriculum development and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in accounting standards taxation laws and educational methodologies.
- Participate in school events parentteacher meetings and professional development programs.
Essential Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting / (Bachelor of education ).
- Strong grasp of accounting principles financial statements ledger reconciliation and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software spreadsheet applications and data management tools.
- Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Ability to foster a positive learning environment and motivate students.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 2 years and maximum 3 years of teaching or relevant professional experience in accountancy.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting auditing tax preparation and financial reporting.
- Experience in crossfunctional collaboration and classroom management.
