Key Responsibilities:
Plan launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI/ROAS.
Monitor campaign performance analyze data and implement optimization strategies.
Generate and improve qualified leads through paid marketing channels.
Conduct keyword audience competitor and market research.
Create performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with the sales and content teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
Stay updated with the latest trends tools and best practices in performance marketing.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads Meta Ads Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of CTR CPC CPA CPL ROAS conversion rate and other performance metrics.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Experience in the IT / Software / Digital Services industry will be an added advantage.
