Job Summary
Role: PeopleSoft Operations Specialist
Experience: 12-15 Years
Contract: 3 Months - Primary Only
Availability: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
Work Hours: Significant overlap with US-based SME team
Key Requirements:
- Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft Operations.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of PeopleSoft data structures including tables columns keys and data relationships.
- Experience identifying and analyzing PeopleSoft data to build a source-agnostic common data pool.
- Strong experience in data mapping integration migration or extraction projects.
- Understanding of how Sales business processes map to the underlying PeopleSoft database.
- Experience with PeopleSoft-to-SAP transition/migration projects is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work with significant overlap with the US-based SME team.
