• Work with HR Finance and vendors to gather inputs and close loops fast

• Handle audits reconciliations and reports like a pro

• Keep payroll data clean organized and audit-ready always

• Be the go-to person for Hey quick question about my salary

• Manage full & final settlements and off-cycle payrolls

• Spot inefficiencies and automate them out of existence

• 4 years of payroll experience (youve seen enough cycles to know where things break)

• Strong grip on Indian payroll compliance and taxation

• Excel skills that go beyond basic sums youre friends with formulas

• Obsessive attention to detail (the good kind)

• Ability to handle sensitive data like its second nature

• A bias for action you fix things before they become problems
