Key job responsibilities
Role Overview: The Partner Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships managing relationships with channel partners and enabling partners to effectively sell and deliver solutions. This role bridges the gap between the organizations sales strategy and partner execution.

Partner Relationship Management for Public Sector Build develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel/technology partners to drive mutual business growth.

Revenue Generation Own and achieve partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets through joint go-to-market strategies.
Partner Enablement Equip partners with the tools training and resources needed to position and sell solutions effectively.

Business Planning Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic partners including pipeline development co-selling motions and marketing initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with direct sales marketing solutions architects and partner development teams to align partner activities with company goals.

Market Development Identify and recruit new partners to expand market coverage and address whitespace opportunities.

Performance Tracking Monitor partner performance metrics (pipeline revenue certifications) and drive accountability through regular business reviews.
1015 years in partner/channel sales business development or alliance management preferably in Public Sector

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Strong understanding of cloud/technology ecosystems and partner business models
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Experience with CRM tools and partner management platforms
