Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in a relevant field such as Recruitment Business Development Overseas Recruitment or Manpower Consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong network of recruitment agents and channel partners to generate candidates for overseas job opportunities.
- Source mobilize and prepare candidates for Gulf country requirements as per client demands.
- Organize and coordinate recruitment activities such as seminars roadshows job fairs campus drives and awareness programs to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with agents partners and candidates to ensure long-term business growth.
- Achieve assigned recruitment and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth candidate screening documentation and processing.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with agents and candidates to maintain an active recruitment pipeline.
- Submit periodic recruitment reports activity updates and market feedback to management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the companys recruitment network within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Target-driven with good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to plan and execute recruitment campaigns and promotional activities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and basic reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Required Skills:
Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field. Professional certification such as CA CA Inter 2. Proven experience (X years) in internal auditing with a focus on payroll revenue or financial processes. 3. Strong understanding of payroll systems financial accounting principles and statutory regulations. 4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. 6. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
