Oracle HCM Pre-sales Solution Architect

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Core HR Talent Management Benefits Performance Recruitment T&L Workforce Management.
Experience with Implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Understanding of Business requirements Challenges & Ability to provide Solutions Presenting value proposition.
Lead Pre-Sales with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud - Core HR Talent Management Benefits T&L Workforce Management.
Understand customer requirements and present Solutions/POV.
Own Response to RFP RFI.
SME on HCM modules.
Own Prepare and Deliver Product Demos POCs and Solution presentations independently.
Support GTM initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales/Vertical Team.
Willing to Travel on short term - essential.
Good communication skills.
