Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

POSITION OVERVIEW : Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR / Payroll / Talent) POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Lead and support end-to-end implementation and AMS activities for Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR Payroll Talent Management). Gather analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure and maintain HCM modules including Workforce Structures Payroll elements Talent profiles performance management and succession planning. Manage payroll configurations including elements balances costing and statutory compliance. Support data uploads using HDL/HSDL and assist in data validation and reconciliation. Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) defect resolution and post-go-live support. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations BI reports and custom developments. Handle incident management service requests and enhancements in line with SLAs. Support quarterly patch testing impact analysis and business communication. Provide functional guidance user training and documentation.
