ROLE OVERVIEW
Looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to manage SharePoint digital platforms user access technical support content governance and operational requests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SharePoint administration & site maintenance
User access permissions & security groups
First-line technical support & troubleshooting
Manage support queues requests & escalations
Platform usage reporting & analytics
Content publishing & lifecycle management
Monitor expired/outdated pages and site content
User training onboarding & platform support
Stakeholder coordination across India & APAC
Documentation issue tracking & resolution
