Operations Executive

Position Title: Operations Executive

Location: PAN India

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Department: Services Inspection Retail & Repo QC

Objective:

To ensure accurate and high-quality validation of asset inspection reports by maintaining strict quality control minimizing client escalations and achieving efficient turnaround times while detecting discrepancies and fraudulent :

Review and validate inspection reports to ensure overall accuracy completeness and consistency of details supporting documents and visual evidence.

Update and maintain accurate status and condition of assets for QC-empaneled inspection defined turnaround time (TAT) adherence for each case before moving it to the next stage enabling faster closures and improved client maximum QC checks across cases to ensure comprehensive coverage and high-quality and prevent discrepancies manipulations or fraudulent reporting before sharing with clients.

Minimize post-closure escalations by ensuring technical accuracy and completeness of effectively with business and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency.

Strengthen internal coordination to improve report quality consistency and :

Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection parameters including chassis structural and mechanical assessments

High attention to detail with a strong quality control and fraud-detection mindset

Ability to manage high volumes while adhering to defined TATs

Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams

Analytical and problem-solving ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations QC or administrative roles preferably in vehicle inspection or valuation domains

Educational qualification: Diploma / Bachelors degree in any field
