Job Summary
Were looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive with 23 years of supply chain experience to help streamline our warehouse and inbound operations. As part of Industrybuying one of Indias leading B2B e-commerce and industrial procurement platforms youll play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory flow vendor coordination and operational excellence across our supply chain network. This role is based at Oragadam Chennai.
What Youll Do
- Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations inventory procurement and logistics
- Manage inbound processes including shipment planning GRN creation and vendor coordination
- Track KPIs and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and cut costs
- Ensure compliance with quality standards through regular audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support junior staff
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years in a supply chain or warehouse operations role
- Familiarity with supply chain software and GRN/inventory processes
- Strong communication analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
