Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and energetic Office Helper to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will assist with office maintenance pantry management administrative support and help create a comfortable and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Office Maintenance & Support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises workstations pantry meeting rooms and common areas.
- Ensure office supplies drinking water and pantry items are adequately stocked.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and office events.
- Handle courier deliveries document movement and miscellaneous office errands.
- Support administrative tasks such as photocopying scanning filing and organizing documents.
Pantry & Hospitality
- Prepare and serve tea coffee and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Keep pantry equipment and utensils clean and organized.
- Monitor pantry inventory and inform administration about replenishment needs.
Employee & Workplace Support
- Assist employees with day-to-day office-related requirements.
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Help maintain a safe clean and pleasant workplace environment.
Child Supervision Support
- Assist in supervising and engaging with employees children when they are present in the office.
- Ensure childrens play area remains clean safe and organized.
- Help provide a friendly and supportive environment for children under the guidance of their parents or guardians.
- Immediately report any concerns or incidents to the childs parent or office administration.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.
- Prior experience in office assistance housekeeping hospitality childcare or a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient responsible and friendly personality.
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
- Trustworthy punctual and professional in conduct.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working around children.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and workplace safety.
- Ability to manage routine office tasks independently.

Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
