Ethera Diamonds is a jewellery brand specializing in diamond jewellery including lab-grown diamonds. The brand focuses on creating high-quality everyday and sustainable lab-grown diamond jewellery set in BIS-hallmarked gold.

We are looking for an experienced NPD Manager to manage the development of new lab-grown diamond jewellery products from concept to final production. The candidate will coordinate closely with Design CAD production and vendor teams to ensure products are developed and delivered within the required timelines and quality standards.

• Manage the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process from concept to final product.

• Coordinate with Design and CAD teams to develop new jewellery designs and 3D models.

• Work closely with vendors and manufacturing teams for prototypes samples and final production.

• Review prototypes and samples to ensure they meet design quality and production requirements.

• Coordinate modifications and improvements based on design or production feedback.

• Track NPD timelines milestones and ensure products are completed within the agreed timelines.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve product development and production-related issues.

• Maintain proper records of product specifications samples approvals and development status.

• Monitor vendor performance and follow up on pending development activities.

• Ensure smooth transition of approved products from development to production.

• Stay updated with jewellery trends designs materials and manufacturing techniques relevant to lab-grown diamond jewellery.

• 4–8 years of experience in Jewellery NPD Product Development Jewellery Production or a related role.

• Experience in diamond jewellery / lab-grown diamond jewellery will be preferred.

• Good understanding of jewellery manufacturing and product development processes.

• Working knowledge of CAD and 3D jewellery models.

• Experience in coordinating with Design CAD vendors and production teams.

• Strong understanding of prototype and sample development.

• Good project coordination and follow-up skills.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to manage multiple products and timelines simultaneously.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate should have strong jewellery NPD experience good knowledge of CAD prototyping and manufacturing and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and vendors to take a jewellery product from concept to final production.
