Network Support Engineer

Experience : 8 - 12 Years

Work Location : Bengaluru

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer with strong experience in FortiGate SD-WAN Aruba Wireless/WLC and Juniper Switching. The candidate will be responsible for network troubleshooting configuration monitoring and resolving critical network issues.

• Provide L2/L3 support for FortiGate Firewall and SD-WAN.
• Configure and troubleshoot SD-WAN VPN routing NAT and security policies.
• Support FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
• Troubleshoot Aruba WLC Access Points SSIDs roaming and authentication issues.
• Support Aruba Central and ClearPass.
• Configure and troubleshoot Juniper EX Series Switches.
• Handle VLAN STP LACP Virtual Chassis and routing issues.
• Perform network upgrades patching migration and health checks.
• Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues.
• For L3 act as an escalation point for critical incidents and complex troubleshooting.
