Operations & Support
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across campus and data center environments
- Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting of network security and connectivity issues
- Ensure adherence to incident management and escalation processes
- Diagnose and resolve:
- Network outages and performance issues
- Routing firewall wireless and SDN-related incidents
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and support problem management activities
- Work on major incidents in coordination with cross-functional teams
- Monitor network health using tools and dashboards (Catalyst Center FortiAnalyzer etc.)
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization measures
- Ensure high availability and uptime of services
- Execute network configurations and changes in line with change management processes
- Assist in deployment and validation of network upgrades and enhancements
- Maintain configuration standards and documentation
- Support implementation of:
- Firewall policies
- Network segmentation
- Identity and access control (ISE)
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards
- Work closely with:
- Architects and engineering teams for implementation
- Security teams for compliance
- Operations teams for service continuity
- Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives
