Job Summary
- Install configure and troubleshoot FortiGate and CheckPoint firewall solutions.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity security and firewall-related issues.
- Perform implementation configuration changes upgrades and routine maintenance of network security devices.
- Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations incidents and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer support and project execution.
- Good hands-on experience with FortiGate or Check Point firewall technologies.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP routing switching VLANs VPNs and firewall concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Electronics or a related field.
- Relevant Fortinet or Check Point certifications are an added advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- CCNA Certification is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory for effective customer interactions.
- Willingness to travel for onsite support and implementation activities.
