Job Summary
- Install configure and troubleshoot network security and switching solutions.
- Provide technical support for customer network environments.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and security issues.
- Perform routine health checks monitoring and maintenance of network devices.
- Coordinate with customers to understand requirements and provide timely resolutions.
- Document technical issues configurations and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and support.
- Good hands-on experience with FortiGate FortiSwitch or Check Point technologies.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP VLANs routing switching and firewall concepts.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Electronics or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE/FCP or Check Point certifications are an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory as the role involves regular customer interactions.
- Willingness to travel locally if required for customer support activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
