Job Summary

This position is a multi-tasking profile and will be responsible to assist in execution of all day-to-day functions of network planning and scheduling teams. The candidate will need to work with a high level of autonomy in executing functions across coordination communication schedule distribution stakeholder management analytics and reporting.

Job description: -

Schedule Management:Complete ownership of the published schedule including execution of in-season and future plans as intended for operations. Ensure schedule is updated regularly in a timely manner and is circulated internally and externally ensuring distribution across channels. Communicate and Coordinate between Scheduling and Planning units on execution of schedule plans and strategic actions. Must ensure all actions are in keeping with focus on costs and efficiencies at all times.
Slots & Stakeholder Management:Complete ownership of the airlines slot portfolio at all airports. Take actions and demonstrate strategic thinking to enhance and improve the airlines slot profile at online stations. Identify opportunities to improve strategic presence in constrained hours/airports. Monitor competitor slots and regularly track slot utilization/prepare dashboards on slot activity. Coordinate with airport slot coordinators DGCA and other authorities to ensure all slots are approved as per timelines for all flights on the network. Represent the airline at Slot Coordination Meetings and conferences. Attend schedule planning meetings as and when required.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Review route performances on regular (weekly/monthly) basis against targeted metrics identify deviations provide insights and feedback for management intervention. Monitor and report on competitor actions marketplace changes etc. Report to the Scheduling and Planning managers on market opportunities and competitor actions. Flag off threats/non-utilization dangers early. Participate in Short & Midterm planning discussions.
Internal Coordination & Schedule Change coordination: Participate and represent NP team in regular internal meetings with Commercial Sales & Operational departments to review & optimize schedules considering commercial aspects and operational requirements. Prepare plans for NOTAMs and proactively suggest changes to Scheduling & Planning Managers.
Systems & Processes:Ownership of Network Planning systems databases and market intelligence data sources. Ensure all NP systems are up to date with respect to data definitions backend masters parameter setups etc. Establish processes and SOPs to support and enhance regular/repetitive database update actions. Prepare dashboards presentations case studies evaluations and assist with relevant analysis for all network planning related areas projects as required. Assist fellow team members across functions when required.

Qualifications & Experience:-

Knowledge of Power BI and Python would be highly preferred
Extensive knowledge in aviation security operations training & administration.
The incumbent should be a graduate in any discipline.
Any Graduate
Minimum 1 years of experience in commercial or strategy roles.
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills.
