Network Engineer L3

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer L3 to design implement manage and support enterprise network infrastructure. The role will involve network troubleshooting security upgrades migrations and coordination with internal and external teams.

• Design implement and support enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure manage and troubleshoot routers switches and firewalls.
• Handle L2/L3 network issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor network performance and maintain daily network checks.
• Implement network security best practices.
• Perform network changes upgrades and migrations as per company policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for issue resolution and new implementations.
• Maintain network documentation including topology diagrams configurations SCDs and SOPs.
• Provide extended support during critical issues and downtime activities.

• Bachelors degree preferably in IT or Computer Science.
• IT/network-related certifications such as JNCIP or CCNP are preferred.

• 47 years of relevant experience in network management.
• Experience working as an L3 Network Engineer in a similar organization.
• Strong experience in firewall management particularly Fortinet and Juniper.

• Strong hands-on experience with routers and switches.
• Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls.
• Experience with Juniper firewalls and switches.
• Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking including VPN SD-WAN VLAN BGP etc.
• Strong network troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.

• Experience with data center or enterprise-scale networks.
• Experience with load balancers.
• Experience with WAF (Web Application Firewall).
• Experience with other network security devices.

A Network Engineer L3 with 47 years of experience strong hands-on expertise in routers switches FortiGate and Juniper and solid knowledge of L2/L3 networking and network troubleshooting. The candidate should also be comfortable working with enterprise environments and handling critical network issues.
