The role involves deployment administration troubleshooting optimization and support of enterprise networking environments. |

- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco SD-WAN environments.
- Administer Cisco Meraki network solutions.
- Support Cisco Catalyst Center environments.
- Troubleshoot Campus Branch wired and wireless network issues.
- Support migrations upgrades and branch rollout projects.
- Create operational documentation knowledge base articles and runbooks.
- Participate in incident problem and change management processes.
- Collaborate with security data center and operations teams for multi-domain issues.
- Cisco Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) preferably Viptela.
- Cisco Meraki administration.
- Routing and Switching.
- Cisco Catalyst switching platforms.
- Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) troubleshooting.
- Campus and Branch network troubleshooting.
- Understanding of underlay and overlay networks.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Cisco ThousandEyes.
- Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- Python scripting.
- Ansible automation.
- Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise.
- Experience with large branch migration or transformation programs.
- Experience supporting multi-site or distributed enterprise environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Candidate should have hands-on experience not only monitoring or ticket handling exposure.
- Hybrid or remote working model can be considered based on project requirements.
