• Lead complex feature implementation Core Reactjs and AWS services PostgreSql/MongoDB
• Drive APIfirst scalable and secure design aligned to MPC architecture standards
• Review code enforce coding standards and mentor developers
• Work closely with Architects QA and DevOps on design reviews performance tuning and release readiness
• Support production issues root cause analysis and hotfix deployments
• Ensure compliance with security SOX and quality gates in CI/CD pipelines
