Roles & Responsibilities :

• Solution Design & Implementation

   

• Lead end-to-end implementations of EWM with Material Flow System (MFS) integration.

• Design and configure: Warehouse structure and activity areas Storage control and process-oriented storage control (POSC) Layout-oriented storage control (LOSC) Handling Unit (HU) management Wave management and labor management

• Configure and support EWM MFS components including: Communication channels (TCP/IP PLC interfaces) Telegram configuration and queue management Routing and conveyor logic Resource management for automated equipment

• Design high-availability and performance-optimized MFS architecture.

• Integrate MFS with ASRS (Automate Storage & Retrieval Systems) Conveyor and sortation system and robotics

   

• Provide solution documentation including functional specifications and test scripts.

Qualifications :

Educational qualification:

Experience :

8 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in EWM.

• Mandatory/requires Skills :
  Minimum 23 full lifecycle EWM MFS integrations.

• Strong configuration expertise in core EWM processes (inbound outbound internal movements).

   

• Strong expertise in Storage control (POSC/LOSC) HU management Queue and resource management RF framework

   

• Strong client-facing and workshop facilitation skills

• Preferred Skills :
  Experience in highly automated distribution centers (high-bay warehouses pharma chemical retail automotive).

   

• Knowledge of ABAP debugging for MFS troubleshooting.

   

• Exposure to SAP Event Management or real-time tracking integrations.

   

• SAP EWM certification. with Experience with non-SAP WCS/WMS integration.

   

• German language is an added advantage
