Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

1. Certified in Mendix. Must have hands-on to perform mendix development and deployments using Azure CI/CD devops pipeline

2. Expected to have coding knowledge. Own & drive technical issues in Mendix

3. Good knowledge of code and quality assurance for troubleshooting and peer review

4. Outstanding skills in understanding business requirements aligning across different stakeholder communities and providing solutions with relevant integration across other functionalities/processes.

5. Expected lead technical discussion with Project/Art teams

6. Pro-active mindset and good communication skills(verbal & written) as associate needs to work with business/end-user
