Design mechanical cabinets electrical components part assemblies and harness routing using Siemens NX or SolidWorks

Develop 3D models and detailed engineering drawings with strong knowledge of GD&T

Perform engineering calculations tolerance stack-up analysis material selection and design validation

Collaborate with manufacturing quality sourcing and project teams to support product development and production readiness

Conduct DFMEA PFMEA DFx analysis Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions

Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) technical documentation and engineering reports

Support prototype development testing product validation and product lifecycle management

Ensure designs comply with quality safety and manufacturing standards
