Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and deliver comprehensive mathematics curricula tailored for CLAT and IPMAT aspirants.
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions workshops and doubtclearing clinics both offline and online.
- Prepare highquality teaching materials practice papers mock tests and solution guides aligned with the latest exam patterns.
- Track student performance provide personalized feedback and implement remedial strategies to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with the senior academic team to integrate interdisciplinary concepts (e.g. logical reasoning analytical skills) into the maths syllabus.
- Participate in faculty development programs departmental meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a positive motivating learning environment that fosters both academic excellence and personal growth.
- Assist in organizing campuswide events seminars and guest lectures related to law and mathematics.
Essential Qualifications
- Masters degree or higher in Mathematics Statistics Applied Mathematics or a related discipline.
- Strong foundational knowledge of quantitative sections of CLAT and IPMAT (including Algebra Geometry Number Theory Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning).
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a clear studentfriendly manner.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring law aspirants with a commitment to nurturing Law Life & Leadership.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 24 years of teaching experience for CLAT IPMAT or other competitive exam preparation programs.
- Proven track record of helping students achieve topranked results in national law entrance examinations.
- Experience with both classroom and digital (online) teaching platforms.
- Familiarity with Vidhigyas teaching philosophy and ability to contribute to its Gurukullike environment.
