Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for agreed sales / income targets
• To lead on implementation reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales & marketing plans to drive sales and revenue
• To lead on developing marketing activities for all channels including digital to meet organizational aims with cohesiveness and creativity
• To line and project manage the sales & marketing team and wider working groups to fulfil objectives
• Working closely with the team ensure learning is integrated into sales & marketing strategy and practice
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concern
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better result
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Represent company at trade shows associations and meetings to promote products and programs.
• Identify customer needs develop collateral and determine product pricing and discount rates.
• Provide support for growing international sales efforts.
• Plan and execute annual sales meeting.
• Develop and implement facility sales and marketing strategy.
