Marketing Intelligence Manager

Role Summary:

The Marketing Intelligence Manager will support the Sales and Marketing team by providing market intelligence customer insights competitor analysis and business analytics to enable informed strategic decisions. S/He will also be responsible for supporting commercial operations by ensuring pricing administration contract management distributor documentation commercial compliance and coordination between Sales Finance Supply Chain and Customer Service. The role plays a critical part in delivering seamless commercial support while ensuring adherence to company policies and business processes.

Key responsibilities and activities include but is not limited to:

• Analyse internal and external data to develop insights and identify opportunities for future growth.
• Translate market and customer performance data to internal stakeholders periodically such as market share report pricing trends market and project forecast sales efficiencies report etc.
• Drive the execution of CRM system i.e. Microsoft Dynamics by training and coordinating with key users from the respective functional team.
• Conducting customers campaign through CRM.
• Work closely with marketing team to assist in the analysis and preparation of market data and prepare presentation for management review
• Source and negotiate vendors for the key market reports leads and for market intelligence projects.
• Consistently keep track of updated market information such as import data competitors information market trends etc from various sources and agencies and archive them into internal data bank. Reviews data collected for errors and inconsistencies.
• Consolidate data collected and analyze them for periodic release of business reports and dash boards.
• Regular monitoring of internal pricing development and financial growth of the organization with SAP Business Warehouse.
• Track customer development and sales growth to assist the sales team in driving sales efficiencies.
• Implement CRM tools and responsible for training and data maintenance of the system.
• Execute CRM marketing campaign such as E-Mail and push marketing initiated from marketing department.
• Manage customer pricing in SAP and any commercial documentation.
• Maintain customer contracts distributor agreements and commercial records if any.
• Support implementation and communication of price revisions and commercial policies.
• Prepare commercial reports including sales performance pricing analysis rebates and customer profitability.
• Maintain accurate master data related to customers pricing payment terms and products.
• Assist in preparing commercial presentations MIS reports and management dashboards.
