We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Marketing Executive in Pondicherry Puducherry. Our client is a reputed organization in the Automotive sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Execute marketing activities to promote automobile products and services in the assigned market.
Generate prospective customer leads through field activities campaigns referrals and digital channels.
Follow up with enquiries and coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversions.
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns events and local marketing activities.
Maintain customer and prospect information accurately in CRM or lead-tracking systems.
Conduct local market research and monitor competitor promotions pricing and customer trends.
Track campaign responses enquiries and lead conversion performance.
Build relationships with prospective customers and support showroom or sales promotional initiatives.
Lead Generation: Ability to identify and develop prospective customer leads through multiple marketing channels.
Marketing Campaign Execution: Understanding of promotional activities campaigns and customer acquisition.
Customer Follow-up: Ability to manage enquiries and systematically follow up with prospects.
CRM & Lead Tracking: Working knowledge of maintaining customer information and lead status.
Market Research: Ability to understand local market conditions customer preferences and competitor activities.
Automobile industry exposure
Digital and social media marketing knowledge
Experience supporting sales or showroom promotional campaigns
The position requires 1 year of work experience. Candidates with experience in marketing lead generation customer acquisition field marketing or sales-support activities are relevant to the role. Automotive industry exposure would be an advantage.
Minimum: Typical qualification Any Bachelors Degree
Preferred: Typical BBA/ or qualification related to Marketing
Additional: Digital Marketing or CRM certification would be an advantage
Required Skills:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Engage with customers through various channels (e.g. social media direct mail face-to-face) to promote products and services. Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance marketing outcomes and new business prospects. Collaborate with other teams (e.g. product development customer service) to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
