We are looking for candidates with prior experience in the agricultural machinery farm equipment tractors implements irrigation systems fertilizer pesticides Chemical or allied agro industry Importer and Wholesale supplier of battery knapsack sprayers garden sprayers water pumps mini rice mills and spare parts. Head office - Kolkata / Assam / Bihar / Bengal / Odisha Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to dealers distributors farmers and potential customers across Delhi/NCR. Promote and demonstrate the companys agro machinery and equipment. Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate product demonstrations promotional campaigns and customer meetings. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. Prepare daily visit reports sales updates and follow-up reports. Support dealers in increasing product awareness and sales. Requirements: Preferred Candidate Profile Experience with agro machinery farm implements tractor equipment or related agricultural products. Self-motivated target-driven and capable of working independently. Strong customer relationship management skills. Qualifications: Eligibility Bachelors degree in Marketing Agriculture Business Administration or a related field. 25 years of experience in field sales/marketing within the agro machinery or agricultural equipment industry. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of agricultural products machinery and the local market. Willingness to travel extensively across Kolkata and Delhi/NCR. Valid driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of production workers including training scheduling and performance management. Provide guidance and support to ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow. Ensure that machinery and equipment are operating correctly and safely. Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance and issues to management. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials. Manage stock control and ensure that production materials are used efficiently. Requirements: Bachelors degree in industrial engineering manufacturing business management or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
