• Manage day-to-day hospitality operations and ensure smooth functioning across assigned shifts.
  
• Supervise staff and coordinate daily operational activities.
  
• Maintain high standards of guest service and handle guest requirements professionally.
  
• Resolve operational and customer-service issues patiently and efficiently.
  
• Maintain basic records reports schedules and operational information using computers.
  
• Coordinate effectively with team members and other departments.
  
• Monitor service quality and ensure established hospitality procedures are followed.
  
• Manage responsibilities effectively during both day and night shifts.
