Workday is expanding its Professional Services Consulting team in India across a broad range of experience levels and skills. Our consultants deliver high-quality services to customers in close partnership with regional consulting teams helping them successfully implement Workdays best-in-class cloud solutions.We are committed to innovation and continuously improving the quality efficiency and impact of our delivery. About the Role
As a Manager Services Consulting Management you will lead and develop a high-performing team of consultants delivering Workday solutions to customers. You will be accountable for building consulting capability ensuring consistent delivery quality supporting customer satisfaction and advancing a global delivery model.
You will partner closely with Resource Management regional consulting teams Engagement Managers and project leaders to align staffing skills and delivery capacity with customer needs. You will also contribute directly to customer engagements maintain deep expertise in Workday products and implementation methodology and help shape the strategic direction of the Global Services and Professional Services organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead coach develop and retain a diverse high-performing team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
Foster a collaborative challenging innovative and inclusive team environment.
Own and continuously improve consulting onboarding performance management talent development and career-growth processes.
Partner with Resource Management regional teams and Engagement Managers to staff customer engagements effectively and build required capability across the consulting organization.
Drive high levels of customer satisfaction customer happiness references utilization and delivery performance against quarterly objectives.
Ensure consultants follow Workdays implementation methodology delivery activities processes and procedures.
Support the development and implementation of technology solutions using Workday products outsourced solutions and proprietary tools and techniques.
Help assess customer needs shape solution proposals and oversee the implementation of end-to-end project solutions.
Operate proactively within a global delivery model collaborating across regions teams and time zones.
Maintain and strengthen subject-matter expertise in Workday products methodology and customer requirements through active engagement with customer projects and delivery teams.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the Global Services and Professional Services organization by leading and participating in internal initiatives.
Model strong stakeholder management and collaborate effectively with customers technical teams developers and operational partners.
About You
Basic Qualifications
14 years of overall experience implementing cloud-based enterprise systems.
10 years of consulting experience and people-management experience and/or experience leading implementation teams.
Experience working with Workday SAP Oracle PeopleSoft or comparable cloud-based enterprise applications.
Other Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Finance Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree in Business Information Systems Information Technology or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience leading teams in a global delivery or distributed-services environment.
Strong consulting organizational and project-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects initiatives and priorities across time zones.
Strong networking mentoring coaching and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth high-energy environment.
Excellent written verbal interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with customers consultants developers technical operations and cross-functional partners.
