Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation rollout migration and support projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope timeline and resource allocation.
- Execute projects efficiently ensuring adherence to defined processes and methodologies.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams fostering effective collaboration.
- Conduct regular project reviews and progress assessments identifying and mitigating risks.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders keeping them informed of project status.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of project activities and deliverables.
- Provide effective problem-solving and decision-making during project execution.
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP PM Competency and its applications.
- Strong project management skills including the ability to plan execute and monitor projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities with a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in SAP project management tools and methodologies.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to stay updated with emerging SAP technologies and trends.
