Job Title: Record to Report - Specialist
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years of experience to join our entity. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles global finance processes and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end accounting supporting global stakeholders driving process standardization and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and support monthly quarterly and annual book closure activities.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of variances
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations
• Handle direct and indirect taxation including GST TDS and corporate tax filings
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles including variance analysis and reporting
• Work closely with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with finance policies and timelines
• Drive process standardization automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits
• Leverage Zoho Books for accounting operations reporting and process optimization

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial reporting (Ind AS exposure is a plus)
• Hands-on experience in taxation (GST TDS Income Tax)
• Proficiency in Zoho OR ERP or any other finance tool.
• Experience in managing reconciliations and book closure activities
• Exposure to the IT Industry
• Strong analytical problem-solving and process improvement mindset
• Ability to work with cross-border teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
• Prior experience in a GCC / Shared Services / MNC environment
• Exposure to finance process setup and process enhancements
• Experience in automation tools or finance transformation initiatives
