Responsible for supporting change by leading enabling and supporting the identification and quantification of continuous improvement opportunities where LEAN Six Sigma methodology can be applied to successfully transform organizational culture and deliver business results. Drive waste reduction and increase productivity both Site wide and cross-functionally as an advocate for the external customer. Actively participate as a member of the Site Leadership Team.
- In collaboration with the Site Leadership Team key customers suppliers employees and workplans drive change by leading the identification prioritization selection execution and evaluation of Lean projects designed to deliver improved business results increased customer satisfaction transform culture and achieve Apotex core strategic plan objectives.
- To facilitate communication of LEAN initiatives in various forums Hallway Townhall and briefings with senior leadership.
- To demonstrate strong organizational time management and project management skills.
- To work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- To track and report progress on improvement initiatives that are aligned to business needs.
- Drive measurable improvements in customer productivity and product flow.
- Develop strong working relationships with all levels to sustain a continuous improvement culture.
- Using the LEAN tools and methodology work as a change agent to drive and facilitate positive change - continuous improvement - in support of the accomplishment of Apotex core strategic plan objectives.
- Demonstrate leadership through coaching and mentoring teams of employees in the practical understanding and application of LEAN tools to lead improvement initiative.
- Developing relationships with stakeholders to become a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Build site capability and expand understanding of LEAN and Continuous improvement by conducting and facilitating effective and meaningful trainings on topics related to LEAN and Six sigma.
- To drive a part in the implementation and excecution of POBOS project.
- Participate and lead performance conversations with employees including monthly one on ones to connect on performance; check in on employees progress toward achieving Objectives offer support and remove barriers; and communicate and revisit performance expectations to reinforce and encourage high performance culture and a safe working environment for all employees.
- Utilize open honest two way communication to build trust-based relationships with employees business partners and direct leader while continuously improving leadership capabilities by personally seeking feedback and development.

- Education
- Minimum B Tech / B Pharm / MPharm / MBA
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills
- Adequate knowledge and ability in handling of VSM Apo-OEE and Kaizen improvements.
- Proficiency with MS Office and lean six sigma tools.
- Proven strong organizational time management skillscritical thinking
- Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant field of expertise
