Key Responsibilities

Supervises an engineering group with specific responsibility for lab and office safety staffing technical mentoring as required within the engineering group staff professional and personal development and budget adherence. Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects

Ensure customer satisfaction via on time delivery of product releases and prompt resolution of critical complex issues for range of products of difficult scope

Ensure the integration of engineering resources with cross-functional teams to meet product goals

Define product specification alpha/beta/gamma exit requirements and coordinate/execute the engineering development

Provides management with updates pertaining to progress in specific projects and initiatives

Interface with internal and external customers regarding complex electrical issues for specific projects

Holds and contributes to technical reviews necessary for product design

Make recommendations for the electrical engineering strategy and roadmap and business processes

• Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies. Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives
