We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Data and Analytics.
In this role you will:
- Consult with Marketing Managers and Product Owners to review briefs validate feasibility and define target audience rules.
- Advise on segmentation approach frequency capping/contact fatigue and expected audience sizing to improve campaign outcomes.
- Assess data availability across databases and repositories and propose alternatives where attributes dont exist.
- Translate campaign briefs into clear inclusion exclusion and suppression logic.
- Build and format channel-ready audience outputs for email SMS push in-app web personalisation and direct mail partners.
- Support dynamic personalisation by coordinating with creative teams on data tags and content requirements.
- Design and schedule automated audience deliveries using platform capabilities and SQL-driven workflows.
- Write advanced SQL to extract transform and segment high-volume customer data from CRM/CDP platforms.
To be successful you will:
- Strong SQL expertise(Teradata / CIM / or similar enterprise CRM data platforms).
- Additional knowledge of SAS and Big query would be an added advantage
- 25 years experiencein campaign build and deployment within CRM and marketing automation environments (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Teradata CIM UNICA or similar).
